How to do it:
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
Lower your body as if sitting into a chair, keeping chest up.
Push through heels to return to standing.Reps: 15–20 reps, 3 sets.
2. Push-Ups

How to do it:
- Place hands shoulder-width apart on the floor.
- Lower your body until your chest is just above the ground.
- Push back up to the starting position.
Reps: 10–15 reps, 3 sets. (Modify by doing knee push-ups if needed.)
3. Plank

How to do it:
- Get into a push-up position but rest on forearms.
- Keep your body straight from head to toe.
- Engage core and hold for 30–60 seconds.
Reps: Hold for 3 rounds.
4. Glute Bridges

How to do it:
- Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
- Lift hips until body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
- Lower slowly and repeat.
Reps: 15–20 reps, 3 sets.
5. Bicep Curls

How to do it:
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing forward.
- Curl weights toward shoulders.
- Lower them back down with control.
Reps: 12–15 reps, 3 sets.
